Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Called HP on this problem several times for several months. I have counted out how many pages i have printed, and they come back with more then double the amount. 

Looking at my print history and they have dates i have not printed any on.. even for a week 

but i'm being charged for 17 pages when i printed 7 in a week. 

they are suppose to be checking my print and call me back in a few days... 

we will see if that happens..

if they keep saying i have printed pages that i did not, then we will cancel this service.

the people on the phone calls have been nice, but NO help. but one guy
