hello, how are you today? I've spoken to a live agent at HP about the problem of when to take the money off my card each month and still no response to what I'm asking.  I ask for my payment to be taken off each month on the 27th so that my payment will be on time and my printer won't be shut down whenever I want to print a page from my printer. , this has happened more than three times and I'm fed up.  I'm no longer working due to health issues but I do use my printer, not every day or every month but I still use my printer. I want to pay my bill on the 27th of January 27, 2025. I want to be able to print from my printer without interruption. What do I need to do? If I need to buy my ink instead of going through  Instant Ink , then that's what I would do .
