my subscription ended on December 21 and I was notified that my printer would no longer work. On the morning of December 22 I was billed for my monthly subscription for this device. I have been unable to contact HP as they have made it impossible to contact them regarding billing situations.

Serial number of your printer enrolled in Instant Ink:


To access your private messages, simply click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Support Community profile, next to your profile and send a private message to me with the serial number, because we value your privacy.

Yes, HP Inc. bills at the end of each monthly cycle for pages used, not shipments received, for services like Instant Ink, covering your plan pages and rollovers, with extra charges for overages and a final charge/cycle after cancellation

According to their website, HP bills at the end of each month so at the end of your cancellation, you’ll receive one more bill.
