Ok the problem is with my billing details I am trying to change to a different card and when I verify this it changes back to the old card but takes a £1!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding Change Payment Information on HP Instant Ink Account!

If you're experiencing issues updating your billing details on your HP Instant Ink account, here is the correct process to ensure your payment method is updated properly:

 

Sign into your Instant Ink account:

Navigate to Billing:

  • Click on Account in the left menu.
  • Select Billing or Shipping & Billing.

Update Payment Method:

  • Click on Manage your payment method.
  • Enter the new payment information:
    • Credit/Debit Cards: Enter the card number, CVV, and expiration date, even if only the expiration date has changed.
    • Direct Debit: Re-enter your IBAN number, even if it has not changed. Confirm other payment details.
    • PayPal: Follow the on-screen instructions to link your PayPal account.

Confirm Details:

  • Ensure that you are confirming all details correctly and following any additional instructions prompted on screen.
