Product: HP OfficeJet 4650 All-in-One Printer

I have an HP Envy 6458.  The black ink cartridges are not working and the light next to the black ink cartridge continues blinking.  I have replaced the black ink cartridge with 2 new black ink cartridges, but still not working and I have no more black ink cartridges.  I am lost without my printer as I use it every day,  I need help please as I am disabled and computer/printer challenged.  Thank you very much.

To assist better:

  • May I have the exact name of the model of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

May I know the exact printer that you have 

Is this one HP Envy 6458 or HP OfficeJet 4650 All-in-One Printer?
