Product: HP Envy 5020

Hello! Please can someone help! I have searched the forums and tried lots of suggested fixes but my printer still will not print black at all!  What can I do?

 

I performed a hard reset!

Re installed the drivers

Replaced the black cartridge  - twice - such a waste!

Tried a photocopy - black ink not working

Performed alignment many times but won't work as no black ink on it!

Cleaned the head lots and lots of times as read this can make it work!

 

Nothing seems to be working and I don't know what to do! Please advise?!
