@Vipormax_6, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing a blue screen error (UNMOUNTABLE_BOOT_VOLUME) on your HP laptop. This issue typically indicates a problem with the system drive or boot configuration. Since you're unable to log in and system restore points are unavailable, here are some steps to help you recover your system:

Step 1: Boot into Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE)

  1. Turn off your laptop.
  2. Press the power button to turn it on, and as soon as the HP logo appears, press and hold the power button again to force shutdown.
  3. Repeat this 2-3 times until you see "Preparing Automatic Repair" or the Windows Recovery screen.

Step 2: Run Automatic Repair

  1. In the Choose an option screen, select:
    • Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Repair
  2. Let Windows attempt to fix the issue. If it fails, proceed to the next step.

Step 3: Use Command Prompt to Repair Boot Volume

Go to:

  • Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Command Prompt

In the Command Prompt window, type the following commands one by one and press Enter after each:
bootrec /fixboot

bootrec /scanos

bootrec /fixmbr

bootrec /rebuildbcd

chkdsk C: /f /r

The chkdsk command may take some time. Let it complete fully.

Step 4: If All Else Fails – Use HP Recovery

If the above steps don’t work, you can try restoring your system using HP Recovery:

  1. Restart your laptop and press F11 repeatedly at startup.
  2. Select Troubleshoot > Recovery Manager.
  3. Choose System Recovery (this may reset your PC, so back up data if possible).

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
