Bought 2nd hand printer , got original carts . Canny use hp ink service because it’s still registered to the old user . I want u to use the service . How does the old owner cancel the printer, so I can used it to it’s full potential

I understand you are facing an issue with your Instant Ink Account. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
Please contact the 1st holder person and ask them to cancel their Instant Ink Account
