I bought extra ink cartridges for my new printer. I am printing out a bunch for school work during the holiday break for my kids. It been a week and the new cartridges have not arrived so I put in the ones I bought. And all the pages I print are going against me. There is nothing in the help section about this type of problem and no way to contact customer support. Not being able to contact customer service is a huge deal to me which will make me cancel my subscription. As well as if I takes a long time and I have to pay for extra ink I'll be charged for it again. Paying almost double on each page I print right now. Anyone else know a solution for this?

The document here has information on contacting HP to get replacement Instant Ink cartridges if for some reason they have not been shipped automatically.  Go to the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower center of the opening screen.

 

Did you replace both cartridges?  The printer will record any pages printed as Instant Ink if there are *any* Instant Ink cartridges in the printer.  When you speak to an agent I would suggest you ask for an appropriate credit.
