Purchased 'Open Box' Envy Inspire 7900 All In One Printer. . I used it for six months just fine, then it refused to print until I signed up for the ink subscription. I was glad to do so, but when I went to connect the printer to the ink subscription, it tells me I cannot use this printer because it's registered to someone else. I don't know who that is. how do I fix this?
