Good morning to everyone! 
Today I subscribed a new Ink plan for my hp deskjet 2600.

After that moment I started to have problems with Hp Smart App and other Apps in my iPhone X

Trying to start Hp App or Spotify (for exemplar) them crashing instantly.

how can solve it?!

Hi,

Is your Facebook account configured on the app? this is likely the cause due to an issue with their SDK:

I suggest uninstalling the HP Smart app first and reinstall it from the steps, I could not see any similar behavior till adding a Facebook Account to any of the app features.

 

May you now able to launch the HP Smart app?
