I have a new cartridge but the printer is not accepting the new cartridge, its error indicates cartridges are not communicating correctly with the printer. If this problem persists, replace the cartridges and it is already a new and same type of cartridge. i've already done all the procedures for troubleshooting instructed by the virtual assistant. WHAT TO DO NOW?
