When I tried to sign up for an account so that I would not have any more problems with having ink, after filling in my card info, I kept getting the message that it did not save my info……

I just bought a cartridge and after printing 4 pages, I have received a message that I’m running out of ink.  Now I can’t print what I need this evening.  This is so frustrating.  Why has this happened?  Could you send me another “61” cartridge to make up for the other not working correctly?

Welcome to the HP English Community --

Whomever you called, where ever you landed, you were not talking to HP.

HP Support accepts in-Warranty Hardware Repair submission requests.

HP Instant Ink Support accepts calls about HP Instant Ink.

The "man" or any HP representative of HP Instant Ink, would not hang up on you because you don't have a Desktop computer.

Scammers would hang up on you for not having a computer - scammers cannot steal your information and trick you into buying stuff you don't need if you do not have a computer they can sneak into.

You do not need a computer to enroll in Instant Ink or use the Instant Ink Service.

What to do?

If you don't yet have an Instant Ink account because none of the card information was saved
