I am looking to buy the HP ENVY 6055e and sign up for Instant Ink or the HP All-In plan.
I turn off my PC and modem every night and back on in the morning, then it's on all day and connected to the internet.
Can I keep doing this with the Instant Ink or the HP All-In plan?

Any problem, if there is one, will be the printer getting a different IP address than what the PC had a record of.
As long as the printer is online it can "phone home" to the instant ink server. The PC can "phone home" anytime.
The problem is that the printers address may change and the PC may not have the new address.
If the PC cannot find the printer after powering up then you need to log into the modem and make the printers IP address fixed or "reserved"
With the printer and the PC and modem all working log into the modem and find the printers Mac address. Once you find it, then mark the IP address as fixed so the DHCP server allocates the exact same IP address every time it is turned on.
Hopefully this will not show up. If it does, the be prepared to make a modem change.
