I am terribly tired since past more than a month due to printer problem.

i am unable to print and I printed more than 20-25 information pages. I cancelled my instant ink subscription and today I installed new HP cartridges. Can I print without wi-fi ?

Hi @Articlinic,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

Yes, you can print without Instant Ink or Wi-Fi. Since you've installed new HP cartridges and canceled the Instant Ink subscription, your printer should work normally as long as the cartridges are recognized and there is no other issue preventing printing.

To clarify.

  • Printing Without Instant Ink: You can print with the new cartridges you've installed, even if you don't have an Instant Ink subscription. The subscription service is not required for regular printing; it simply offers ink replacements automatically based on usage.
  • Printing Without Wi-Fi: You can print without Wi-Fi if you connect your printer to your computer or device directly through a USB cable or use another method like Bluetooth (if supported). Just ensure your printer is not set to require Wi-Fi for printing (some printers might default to requiring a network connection for certain features, but basic printing via USB should work without it).

If you face any difficulties with printing or if the printer doesn't recognize the cartridges, make sure the cartridges are properly installed, and check for any error messages on the printer's display. You may also want to reset the printer or check the settings for any configuration that might be interfering with printing.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
