The owner sold it to me and I cant reach him anymore for months.

Welcome to the HP Support Community

 

I understand you are facing an Instant Ink issue with your HP Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

 

To answer your question: The printer needs to be deleted from the old Instant Ink customer, so you can re-enroll it on your account. As you mentioned you are not able to reach him, then I have sent out a private message to assist you with the next course of action. 

 

In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Support Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
