I can log into HP Smart but can not get billing to come up.  It must scrolls and scrolls saying loading HP Cloud Services.  I plan on calling and updating my credit card but I should be able to do it online

I understand you are facing an issue with your Instant Ink Account Can not access billing information. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
