I have an instant ink support for my HP printer (HP deskJet 2600 All-in-One Series) and have normally been able to log on to a printer site, hpinstantink.com/signin. to se the status on the monthly printed pages.
But a few days ago I could not log on to the site but got instead an error message (in Danish): "Denne invitation er ikke længere gyldig. Kontakt din printeradministrator for at få en ny invitation".
I have tried several times but always ends op with this errormessage.
What is wrong. Has my HP instant Ink supscription ended without notise?
Kind regards

Hi @GertHolm-P,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
Please follow the steps listed below to remove and set up web services:
1. Open the embedded web server (EWS):
a. Find out the IP address or hostname of the printer by pressing the Information button (i) to print an Information page.
NOTE: The printer must be on a network and must have an IP address.
b. In a supported web browser on your computer, type the IP address or hostname assigned to the printer. For example, if the IP address is 123.123.123.123, type the following address into the web browser: http://123.123.123.123.
2. Click the Web Services tab, and then click Remove Web Services in the Web Services Settings section.
3. Click Remove Web Services.
4. Click Yes to remove Web Services from your printer.
You may also refer to this document to turn off web services: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04808536
5. Click the Web Services tab again.
6. In the Web Services Settings section, click Setup, click Continue and follow the onscreen instructions to accept the terms of use.
7. If prompted, choose to allow the printer to check for and install printer updates.
8. When the printer is connected to the server, the printer prints an information page. Follow the instructions on the information page to finish the setup.

I hope this helps.
Have a nice day ahead.

Hi Rainbow23 - HP Support
I am sorry for not having answered you. The problem still persists and I have not been curageous enough to try your solution. I am afraid to disconnect the printer from the internet because I do not know how to connect the printer again if some thing goes wrong even though you have specified a solution. What if I can not connect it again - then I will not be able to continue my HP Instant Ink subscription.
I have another computer - actually two - one with Windows 10 and one with Windows 11. And I can connect to the home page from HP from them and se my HP Instant Ink subscription page. But I can not connect from my basic computer (Windows 10 - the one I am using now to answer you) where I still get the discribed error message.
I am sorry to be such a scarecrow - but I am not sure that I really understand the procedure that you discribe to me and I am afraid to get stuck in the proces and turn my problem even bigger.
Kind Regards
Gert Holm -Petersen
