Hi @1Davo ,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing difficulties with printing your HP Instant Ink invoices. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try to resolve the issue:

Clear Browser Cookies and Cache:

  • Sometimes, stored cookies or cache data in your browser can cause login issues. Try clearing your browser's cookies and cache and then attempt to log in again.

Use an Incognito or Private Browsing Window:

  • Open a new incognito or private browsing window in your web browser and log in to your HP Instant Ink account. This can help determine if the issue is related to browser extensions or cached data.

Update Your Browser:

  • Ensure that your web browser is up-to-date. An outdated browser may not be fully compatible with the HP Instant Ink website.

Try a Different Browser:

  • If the issue persists, try accessing your HP Instant Ink account using a different web browser. This can help identify whether the problem is specific to your current browser.

Verify Account Information:

  • Double-check that your account information, including your username and password, is entered correctly. It's possible that a typo is preventing successful login.

Reset Password:

  • If you continue to face login issues, try resetting your password. This can be done through the "Forgot Password" or "Reset Password" option on the login page.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
