I was trying to change the credit card I use for payment. When I click on Shipping and Billing a box shows up that says Security Session Expired, then it tells me to log in again. This is not new. I wanted to change my plan a month ago, the same thing happened.

Hi @Linnybee,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It seems like you're encountering a session expiration issue while trying to make changes to your HP Instant Ink account. This could be caused by a few things, such as browser-related problems, cache issues, or session timeouts.

Here are a few things you can try to resolve the issue.

  • Clear Browser Cache and Cookies: Sometimes, stored data in your browser can cause issues with logging in or making changes. Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies, then attempt to log in again.
  • Try a Different Browser: If clearing the cache doesn't work, try accessing your account in a different browser to see if the issue persists.
  • Use Incognito/Private Mode: Using an incognito or private browsing window can help bypass any issues caused by cookies or cache.
  • Update Your Browser: Ensure that you're using the latest version of your browser. Outdated browsers might struggle with secure sessions.
  • Check for System Updates: If you’re using the HP Instant Ink website through an app, make sure the app is up to date.
  • Log in from Another Device: Try accessing the account from a different device, like your phone or another computer, to see if you can update the payment information there.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
