HP LaserJet M110w Printer

I'm trying to complete the enrollment with the instant ink, but the website continues to say that my printer HP LaserJet M110w is "not ready to print" and tells me to "connect to internet". My internet connection is stable, the printer is working fine. In the app I can see that it says that the printer is in fact connected to the internet, while the website for instant ink says it is not. I tried all of the plugging in and out, and nothing worked. I also ran diagnostics and it did not find any issues. Is it a problem with the website, or? What should I do?

Hi @anzhelikabeli,

Welcome to the HP Support Community

I'd like to help!

I understand you can't complete enrollment in an instant ink subscription.

Try using a different browser to complete the enrolment, (Ex: Chrome, Firefox, Edge)

You may also refer to the document -- Enrolling in HP Instant Ink

Also, Make sure the date and time on the computer are set correctly.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Hello!

Thank you for trying to help.

I tried accessing the website from Chrome, and the website still says i need to connect the printer to Internet. I even checked everything through advanced settings. I updated the printer too, but it didn't change anything. I think the problem is that the printer doesn't sync with the cloud or something like that. I already signed up for the Instant Ink a couple of weeks ego, and the only reason why I cannot get the enrollment completed is because the website does not see the status of my cartridge. The website says "Dashboard information last updated at 9/4/2024, 11:20:02 AM", and it is already 09/17 today. I printed during this time as usual, almost every day. My computer date is up to date (i have a macbook air) and there is the same thing when i check everything from my phone. Can I check that somehow or do anything about it?
