Can't enroll in Instant Ink since moving countries

I was previously enrolled with instant ink with this printer when I lived in the UK. I've since moved to the US, but I'm unable to re-enroll nor change my shipping address in Instant Ink ( the "Manage Your Shipping Address" and "Manage Your Payment Methods" text are both shaded out and not active hyperlinks). My HP Account information is accurate but my HP Instant Ink account is not. I've also tried calling HP and was on the phone with an agent for over an hour but this issue was never resolved. Hoping someone here can help!

Instant Ink account is linked to the country where the printer was purchased. That is why you cannot change shipping address.

You must cancel your Instant Ink account, and then do the re-enroll full process to setup a new Instant Ink account with a new shipping address.

I know this is overwhelming, I am just a volunteer, but it is the only way.

Important note: when you cancel your Instant Ink account your printer cartridges may stop working, until you re-enroll again your printer, so if you wanna print something do it before the cancel process.

I did cancel my Instant Ink subscription back in August, but I cannot change any of the settings that were set up in England.
