I’m trying to enroll my new HP OfficeJet 9010e printer in HP Instant Ink but get stuck in a loop where the system asks me to “login and complete enrollment,” then returns to the same screen without completing enrollment. It's an endless loop. I’ve already unenrolled my old HP 6978 printer and removed it from my HP account, reset the 9010e printer to factory defaults, reinstalled it via HP Smart, and cleared browser cache. Despite all this, the Instant Ink enrollment won’t proceed. Is any help available? Can someone at HP Support manually connect my 9010e to Instant Ink?
