I have Web Services enabled, but cannot print the Printer Info page.

I am also only getting 1 month free for downloading the app on signup - not the 4 months advertised on the box. It is now 6 days since I set up the printer, so I am worried I will lose this month as well.

I understand you did not receive all the promotional months.

 

Could you send me an image of the promotional offer(box or the leaflet that came with the printer)?

As you'll see in your private messages, I cannot print the printer claim code to add the printer to my account.

Please see below the photo of the box (4 month offer is at top right).
