My old printer has a fault and the cartridges are stuck to the right, no easy fix, so grabbed myself a HP Envy 6032 to swap over on my instant ink subscription but alas the inks are out and I have no way of getting the claim code as you need to print it, so unable to swap it over and get new cartridges.
Any way of sorting this?

Thank you for taking the time to reply, but getting people to do the same old resets which will make to difference at all just means you haven't read the question.
In this instance I ended up contacting via telephone and have been informed that as the printer has no display the only way of curing this problem is to buy some ink to get the printout with the code to swap over printers on my Instant Ink account.
Not what I wanted to hear, but at least I know.

Hi @G5rryB,
Welcome to the HP Support Community
I understand you are getting an error message HP Envy 6032 on your HP Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
Let's perform a power drain:
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer and also unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Remove the USB cable, if present.
- Wait for 2-3 minutes, press and hold the power button on your printer for about 30 seconds to remove any additional charge.
- Now plug back the power cable straight to a wall outlet without any surge protector or an extension cord (This is important) and then plug back the power cord to the printer.
- Turn on the printer and wait till the warm-up period finishes and the printer is idle
