I can't set up my Instant Ink subscription.  Every time I get to the end of the process, it says the printer is offline.

Welcome to the HP Support Community

 

I understand you are facing an issue with your Instant Ink Account. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

 

Please contact the 1st holder person and ask them to cancel their Instant Ink Account
