Hello,
I can't log on HP Instant Ink anymore (until about a month ago everything was working fine).
I have an error message asking me to try again.
The call to the accounts API returns a 400 response code with the following details:
{ code: "EB000U0217", message: "The requested user already has one personal tenant. [reqId=00726fa120f849189bfb1b86bf5a7456]" }
It seems to be a problem a problem with my account.
How to fix this?
Thank you.

If anybody has the same issue, just don't lose time with HP support.
You won't be able to make it past Level 1 support, which will just ask you to call a premium rate number.
So I have printers that are working correctly, I receive by email the monthly report usage for my Instant Ink subscription.
But there is no way to log in on Instant Ink and know the printer usage during the month.
I give up, my next printer won't be an HP.
