Hi  @Doctor_t2

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out!

I understand you're trying to obtain ink for your HP ENVY 5020 All-in-One Printer, and the registration process is directing you to register even though it indicates that you're already registered. I'll be glad to help.

To better understand the situation, could you kindly let us know:

  • Are you trying to order ink through HP Instant Ink or the HP website?
  • Are you signing in with the same email address that was originally used to register the printer?

In the meantime, you may try the following steps:

  1. Sign out of your HP account and sign back in using the email address associated with your printer registration.
  2. Open the HP app and verify that the printer appears under your account.
  3. Check whether the printer's Web Services are enabled:
    • On the printer control panel, go to Settings > Web Services.
    • Make sure Web Services are turned on and connected.
  4. Try accessing your HP account through a different web browser or an incognito/private browsing window.
  5. If you're enrolled in HP Instant Ink, verify the account status by signing in to your HP Instant Ink dashboard.

Also kindly share the Instant Ink ID via private message to check the details from our end .

To access your private messages, simply click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Support Community profile, next to your profile name.

I hope this helps.
