HP ENVY Inspire 7255e All-in-One Printer

My account was suspended due to billing issues. I've updated my payment method and still can't print. It's not even charging my card? What can I do?

Hi @Britt08,

Welcome to The HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand you are facing an issue with your HP ENVY Inspire 7255e All-in-One Printer is not printing after updating your payment method and your card isn't being charged, here are a few steps you can take to resolve the issue:

  • Confirm Account Status: Check the status of your HP Instant Ink account. Even though you've updated the payment method, there may be a delay or an issue with the update processing. Log in to your HP Instant Ink account and verify that the payment method is correctly reflected and that your account is no longer suspended.
  • Check for Pending Charges: Sometimes, it can take a few hours for payment to process. Ensure that there are no errors or pending issues with your bank or card issuer.
  • Restart Your Printer: After confirming the payment issue is resolved, restart your printer. Sometimes, the printer needs to be rebooted after account-related issues are fixed to refresh its connection to the service.
  • Check Printer Connection: Ensure that your printer is still connected to your Wi-Fi and properly set up with the HP Instant Ink service.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
