Why can’t the message say what the problem is? Instead of telling me to contact Instaink.com I am signed up in the monthly ink program. I am not over my limited number of copies that I can print so WHATS THE PROBLEM? The ink is half full and it is not expired ? SO WHATS THE PROBLEM? I ENROLLED IN THE INK PROGRAM SO I WOULD NEVER RUN OUT AND NOT BE ABLE TO PRINT ONE OF MY EBAY SALES SHIPPING LABLE. And LOOK AT ME NOW..I have a box ready to go and I’m trying to ask a virtual assistant for HP what’s wrong with my printer/ink? I get no assistance because my ERROR MESSAGE ISNT ONE OF THE CHOICES FOR THE VIRTUAL ASSISTANCE my monthly payment for ink is **bleep** I’m pissed I never have a problem. If the printer is smart enough to tell me I have a problem then WHY CANT IT JUST TELL ME THE PROBLEM?
