To assist you better, could you please share a bit more detail?

  • What error message (if any) do you see when you try to print?
  • What is the exact HP printer model?
  • Are you printing from Windows, macOS, or a mobile device?
  • Does the printer show Ready / Online, or does it appear Offline?

If possible, you can also share a photo or the exact wording of the error. Once we have these details, we can provide the right steps to get this resolved.
