Nothing new in the private message . it will only tell you to contact  instant ink phone support which we all did at first. i have spend 2 hours phone and all they did is endless times of printer reset. after each reset a test page is printed thus draining what ever ink left.  I told them multiple people have reported same issue in the forum but they don't even listen and went ahead with resetting the printer. definitely something issue is at the back end but HP don't care.

That sounds incredibly frustrating, especially after spending so much time to see repeated resets and wasted ink.

Did anyone got this issue resolved. please share if you managed to transfer the insta ink plan to new printer. thanks
