No option to update payment details. I log in and select settings from the drop down and can only view basic account info.
i can’t print anything and it is driving me mental as so not user friendly.
please help !

Apologies for the inconvenience caused. Kindly refer to this document to know how to update the payment details on your HP Instant Ink account.
Also, you may try using different browsers like Google Chrome or Firefox.
