Honestly fed up now, I've spent all day trying to get my printer to work, it's showing as payment method needs updating as it's been suspended due to a bounced payment, that's fair enough, I did in fact miss the payment date. So I put some money in my other bank account and updated the payment method to that bank account, instant ink took £1 to verify my bank, OK fine I'll get that back not a big deal. But instant ink haven't bothered to take the payment needed to get my subscription back up and running, rendering my printer useless and me stressed out! Phoned instant ink but surprise surprise they're conveniently having issues on their end with their computers. So I'm sat here with a useless printer! I can't even cancel my subscription and purchase hp ink cartridges as I did that before when I was sick of paying for a subscription where I was NEVER sent any ink! But the printer absolutely wouldn't not print on these cartridges as I "needed a subscription to instant ink to keep my printer working". Why did I pay over £200 for a printer then if I was going to have to pay to use it for the rest of the time it works?! 

So what do I do? I can't keep trying to update the payment method as it takes money off me every time to verify the bank account!
