Why can’t I use the cartridge that came with my printer? I have paid for that. I understand that I can’t use cartridges that were received through the subscription  but I feel like I should be able to use my original cartridge.

To be able to answer you effectively, we need some information.

 

Could you elaborate more on the issue, what you meant by cant use cartridges from subscription?

Are you enrolled in the instant ink program?

 

Now, are you trying to use HP regular cartridges? 

Kindly help me with more details.

 

Also, May I have the exact product name and number? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
