Hello everyone.

 

I have a HP Deskjet 3730 which I have configured at home using wifi and has HP Instant Ink cartridges.

 

Now I have moved the printer to work where there is no wifi.

 

I thought that the printer PC driver could update the Instant Ink usage, but I can't succeed in doing that.

 

So the question is: can the printer connect to HP Instant Ink without wifi or do I absolutely need wifi to make it work?

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the Instant Ink query. 

 

The printer enrolled in Instant Ink should be continuously connected to the internet via Wi-Fi.
