Hi @Nige12,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

To cancel your HP Instant Ink plan, you can follow these steps.

  • Visit the HP Instant Ink website and sign in to your account using your credentials.
  • Once you're logged in, navigate to the "My Account" section. This section may have a different name, such as "Account Information" or "Subscription Details," but it typically contains your plan and payment information.
  • Look for the option to manage or cancel your subscription. It might be labeled as "Cancel Plan," "Manage Plan," or something similar. Click on that option.
  • You will be directed to a page where you can review your subscription details. Look for the cancellation option and select it.
  • On the cancellation page, you may be asked to provide a reason for canceling. Choose the appropriate reason from the available options or enter your own.
  • After selecting the cancellation option and providing the necessary information, confirm your cancellation. You may be asked to confirm your decision once again to ensure accuracy.
  • Once the cancellation is confirmed, you should receive a confirmation message indicating that your Instant Ink plan has been successfully canceled. It's a good idea to keep a record of this confirmation for future reference.
  • If you have an HP Instant Ink printer, it's important to note that the cancellation will not affect your ability to print. However, you will no longer receive ink cartridges from HP as part of the subscription.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
