I currently have Instant Ink and the paper add on. I am receiving too much paper and would like to cancel/pause the paper subscription. How do I do this without canceling the Instant Ink?

If you're receiving too much paper and wish to cancel or pause your Paper Add-on service while retaining your HP Instant Ink service, you can do so by following these steps:

Sign into Your Instant Ink Account

Locate the Paper Add-on Service

  • On the account page, look for the Paper Add-on Service section.

Cancel or Pause the Paper Service

  • Click on the Paper Add-on Service option to manage your subscription.
  • Follow the prompts to cancel or pause the paper service without affecting your existing Instant Ink subscription.

Confirmation

  • You should receive a confirmation email regarding the changes to your Paper Add-on subscription.
