I never received ink from you guys. I canceled with you. And yet you keep charging me. And you continue to not send me ink. How can I get you to stop charging me for the ink that you’ve never given me. 

also, can I use this printer without you in my business. I want to buy my own Inc., print my own papers and I don’t want you telling me how many I can print or not print, or  when you will or won’t send me ink.

Welcome to the HP Community Forum.

 

True - If you cancel the subscription service, when the printer needs ink, you must provide it.

If you are still being charged, the subscription is not cancelled (yet).

 

The way it was supposed to work:

When ink was needed, the printer would notify the service that it was time to send a new shipment of ink.

Next,

From you description of what you expect,  Cancellation is perhaps the best course for your situation.

 

When the subscription is cancelled,

Remove all Instant Ink cartridges from the printer.

Instant Ink cartridges only work with a current subscription to the Instant Ink Service.

Purchase a set of HP ink cartridges to use in place of the Instant Ink cartridges.
