I need help to cancel my plan on my account in order to delete it. I’ve waited on hold for 40 minutes with no answer, I’ve tried deleting my account but it says I need to cancel this instant ink plan, and I clicked on canceling plan but there is a error every time I try. Please help on what to do this company is terrible with its customer service.
