Common problems for INSTANT INK, HP+ PLANS: INK AND TONER
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about Instant Ink. Check out this link: HP INSTANT INK, HP+ PLANS: INK AND TONER. .

I have had an Instant Ink subscription since May,2024. I have cancelled and resubscribed several times because I really don't think it benefits my needs. I print very little so sometimes l don't use any of my pages and there are times I use too many. I believe I have only received ink from HP once since my subscription began in 2024. I think it would be best for me to cancel and purchase my own ink. My question is, can I purchase your ink that is in my printer? If that is not possible, I will most likely cancel anyway.

Thank you for any help you can give me.

You can cancel the account and replace the cartridges with the correct retail cartridges.  You cannot purchase the HP Instant Ink cartridges, they require an active HP Instant Ink account.  See sections 5.d and 9.c of the terms of service here.
