I cancelled my instant ink but the money has come out of my bank

I  understand how concerning it can be to see a payment deducted from your account after cancelling the service.Dont worry let me help you with this.

Could you kindly provide a few additional details about what exactly happened?

  • When did you cancel your HP Instant Ink subscription?
  • When was the charge deducted from your bank account?
  • Did you receive a cancellation confirmation email from HP Instant Ink?
  • Was the charge processed after the cancellation was confirmed, or was it a payment that may have already been scheduled before the cancellation took effect?
  • Could you kindly share your Instant Ink Account ID via PRIVATE MESSAGE ONLY so we can review the account details?

    To access your private messages, simply click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Support Community profile, next to your profile name.
