HP HAS BEEN BILLING MY AMEX CARD FOR A COUPLE OF MONTHS NOW AND NO INK IS BEING DELIVERED. I CANCELLED MY INSTANT INK SUBSCRIPTION BUT THEY STILL BILLED ME. STILL NO INK. I CALLED AMEX TO BLOCK THE MONTHLY CHARGE BY HP. NOW MY PRINTER WONT PRINT WITH AN ERROR ON THE SCREEN THAT SAYS IVE UN ENROLLED IN INSTANT INK THEREFORE MY HP PRINTER WILL NOT WORK!!!! I WAS PLANNING ON BUYING MY INK AT OFFICE DEPOT BUT NOW IM READY TO PUT MY PRINTER IN THE TRASH!!! THANKS HP FOR MAKING THIS SMALL PROBLEM INTO A BIG ONE. I WANT A HUMAN TO EMAIL AT ONCE TO GET THIS FIXED.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

 

I see that you are facing an issue after cancelling the instant ink service.

 

When you cancel the service:

  • You can continue printing with Instant Ink supplies until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • At the end of the billing cycle, you must remove Instant Ink cartridges and purchase Original HP Ink or Toner directly from the retailer of your choice to continue printing. Instant Ink cartridges only work in enrolled printers.
  • Your final monthly charge comes at the end of the billing cycle.
  • The Paper Add-on service ends with your Instant Ink service.

 

Note: HP Instant Ink is based on the pages you print, not cartridges or shipments you receive.
