Hi @Chris1978,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.
If you’re referring to HP Instant Ink, a charge after cancellation can occur if the cancellation was made during an active billing cycle. The service continues through the end of that billing cycle, and the final charge is billed after the cycle ends.
Once that final billing cycle has been completed and the final charge has been processed, there should be no further Instant Ink subscription charges.
You can sign in to your HP Instant Ink account and check HP Instant Ink > Print and Payment History to confirm whether the charge is the final billing charge and verify that the subscription status is cancelled.
If you are seeing another charge after the final billing charge, let us know, and we can help you check what it relates to.
Take care and have an amazing day!
I'm an HP Employee.
