HP OfficeJet 5255 All-in-One Printer

Have enjoyed my HP OfficeJet 5255.  Reliable and efficient with quality output.  Controls are a little clumsy but a good printer overall.

 

I just cancelled my $13.99 monthly subscription to instant ink and the process was painstaking.  I will not trace my complete 30 minute plus cancellation experience which included the system timing out on me . . . . but it was enough to make me strongly recommend not using the service.  I was paying too much, but that was my choice and my fault.  But the service worked as described and I was pleased with the service I received, until I tried to cancel.  Too many hurdles to describe, but I the process for my cancellation left me wondering if it was designed to make me give up on the cancellation.  It felt intentional.

 

Again, the quality of the service was 100%, and I like my printer.  I believe I was spending way too much for the convenience, but that is not HP's fault.  But the subscription cancellation process needs to be simplified and not as difficult and discouraging.
