I signed up for Instant Ink about a month ago and registered my HP ENVY Photo 7100 printer at the time. My color cartridge is low on ink but I have not been sent a new cartridge. When I went to check on status in HP Smart, I discovered that my printer is no longer registered and/or sending information to the HP Mothership so no cartridge has been sent. When I try to add my printer back in to my account I get a message that the serial number, which is printed on the printer and included in the on-screen documentation is invalid so it cannot be added. Instant Ink is way more trouble than it's worth, I just want to cancel my subscription but the online instructions for "changing" my subscription are a dead end. Apparently, you need to have a printer listed in the Instant Ink portal in order to "change" the subscription. Meanwhile I continue to be billed for a useless subscription. Just cancel my Instant Ink subscription please!
