Hi @curnockt,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

To cancel your HP Instant Ink subscription for your HP ENVY 4527 All-in-One Printer, follow these steps.

Via the HP Instant Ink Website:

  1. Log in to your HP Instant Ink account at instantink.hpconnected.com.
  2. Navigate to the "My Account" or "Account Settings" section.
  3. Find the "My Plan" or "Plans and Billing" section.
  4. Look for an option to "Cancel Enrollment" or "Cancel Subscription" and follow the on-screen instructions.
  5. Confirm the cancellation. HP should send a confirmation email afterward.

Via HP Smart App:

  1. Open the HP Smart app on your computer or mobile device.
  2. Log in with your HP account.
  3. Navigate to your Instant Ink section and manage your plan.
  4. Cancel the subscription and confirm.

After canceling, you will be able to use any remaining ink until the billing cycle ends, but you will not be charged further.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
