Please can you help me - my printer just will not print - the error message on screen says "cannot print. Visit Instantink.com for information" . It is connected to the WIFI, there is ink in the printer. When I go onto my HP App and also on the Website I cannot find the issue at all. I cannot reprint the page to re-register the printer etc because it won' pt

@KatLin1, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Restart the wireless router, the printer, and the PC.
Make sure the date and time on the printer is correct.
Check if the error still persists. if yes, restart the web services on the printer
If the issue persists, please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
