I have been having this issue for several days. I am buying a home so I NEED this to work as I have plenty of paperwork to print. I've tried many times to access my account page via the desktop app on both my computer and my husband's computer, the website itself, and the mobile app to change my plan and the page will simply not load. The app will open, and I can still print, but the page I need to change my plan will not load.

I got it to work. For some reason, the HP app does not like one of my home networks that is run off a store-bought router. I switched the printer and my computer to the network from the router of the cable company and that let me in.

Hi @MelHan,
Welcome to the HP Support Community
I'd like to help!
I understand you are unable to change the instant ink plan.
If your printing needs to change, you can switch to a different monthly plan at any time.
-
Sign into your HP Instant Ink account.
-
If HP Smart is listed at the top of the menu, click HP Instant Ink in the left menu, and then click Change Plan.
-
If HP Smart is not listed, click My Account in the left menu, and then click My Plan on the right side of the window.
-
-
Select another plan from the list.
NOTE:Certain plans are only offered to qualifying Instant Ink customers. If you qualify for a plan, you see it in your My Plan choices.
-
Any option on your current plan level, such as Instant Ink plus paper, changes automatically to the new plan level.
-
If you upgrade, you can choose whether the change is applied immediately or in the next billing cycle.
-
If you downgrade, your plan automatically changes on the first day of the next billing cycle. Your rollover maximum changes with your new plan, so you may lose accumulated rollover pages in excess of your new plan maximum.
-
You may refer to Manage your account
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
