Hi

I try to add my address for instant ink subscription and get a server error.

 
I cannot add my address or even billing info.

 

I saw a previous customer had the same problem but no answer.

 

can anyone help me please!

I understand you are not able to update information on your Instant Ink account.

Kindly refer to this document for assistance - Manage your account

 

Try a different browser like Google Chrome or Firefox. if you get a server error, try again after some time. The tool may be down.

Hi, Thanks for your reply. I am still facing the same problem. To open a new account, I need a new phone number. So I couldn't open a new account to add the printer to.
